I was a bit surprised at the power readings for each mode:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Aux input:<\/td>\n<td>2.1W<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Analogue TV:<\/td>\n<td>3.7W<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Digital TV:<\/td>\n<td><strong>5.3W<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Subtracting the Aux input power from the other readings shows digital telly takes double as much power to decode compared to good ole&#8217; analogue. On this telly, anyway.
